   Very valuable and timely website indeed!
   I wish that this Kapitan Trabaho website will go a long long way towards helping Filipinos who are jobless specially those still healthy and experienced senior citizens.
   Please work out a law banning companies from limiting age requirements in their job requirements. There ought to be a law on EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER AND COMPANIES SHOULD BE PENALIZED FOR DISCRIMINATING SENIOR CITIZENS AND HANDICAPPED BUT ABLE MINDED FILIPINO CITIZENS.

   I have been a call center agent in three companies.
   Most of the call centers and BPOs despite their good standing and well known name in the industry are paying very
   low salaries to call centers agents no matter if the agents are doing all night jobs.
   This kind of treatment to Filipino call center agents should be regulated by our government. There ought to be a standard pay and regulations for all agents doing graveyard shifts in all call centers in the Philippines.
   It is time that our legilators should work on this aspect to protect the welfare of Filipino workers doing graveyard shifts.
