Hi guys! Vibrant Events, (owned by yours truly) is the official Event Management of the upcoming Philippine National Police Academy Alumni Homecoming 2012 this March 16-18 at PNPA Silang Cavite. One of the highlights of the event is an attempt to break the record of Most Number of Whistlers for the Guinness Book of World Record. Expected no. of guests is around 8,000 people.
